Payment Policy

Online Payments: We accept payment by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard & American Express.

In-Clinic Payments: We accept payment by cash, Visa, MasterCard & American Express.

Order Despatch

Due to Covid-19, orders are taking a little longer to get to you.

All orders are despatched Monday to Friday between 1pm and 4pm. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be sent out within 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent out within 1-2 working days. Orders placed over the weekend are sent at 1pm on Monday, or Tuesday at 1pm if it was a bank holiday weekend. In 95% of cases delivery is achieved next day all over Ireland.

Please Note: Good Friday and Cyber Monday, please allow an extra day for shipping.

Shipping Cost

We charge a flat rate of ONLY €5.00.  Free shipping for orders over €100. Orders of gift vouchers have free delivery.

For orders marked as ‘Click and Collect”, we will call you to arrange collection of your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. We understand that  you may wish to return an item for a refund.

In the unlikely event of any products arriving damaged, please notify us in writing via email with 7 days.

We offer a 14 day return policy, the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will accept all returned merchandise provided that it has not been opened or seals broken. Please use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from Complete Laser Care. Please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we cannot accept returns we know nothing about. When returning an item, please use recorded delivery, we cannot process refunds or replacements for items we never receive.

All goods must be in their original packaging, please wrap securely. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us. If you are being issued a refund, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us including the delivery charges you incurred when you ordered.  Delivery fee is not refundable unless item is faulty. If you are returning an item that is either damaged or faulty and we have agreed to its return, we will pay for the return postage, provided you have only used the lowest cost method of postage available. Please note that we will refund back to the original method of payment charged only (e.g. credit card, debit card, Paypal).

Out of Stock Items

We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled and how soon we can get it to you.

Product Testimonials

Complete Laser Care welcomes feedback on your experience with our products. We will publish both positive and negative testimonials, so long as the product testimonials are accurate and constructive. Should you post a testimonial that we do not publish, our customer service department will contact you in order to improve our product quality and service. We also reserve the right to edit your testimonials for length, spelling, etc. and to post your comments in e-mails and other marketing materials.
