If you wish to book an appointment online please note that that you will need to have an initial consultation and patch test with some of our treatments.

It is possible to change our cancel an appointment up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment in My Booking History.


Cancellation Policy

It is necessary to give minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. Failure to do so incurs 50% cancellation fee. We have the right to charge you your booking fee as stated.

Prices are guidelines only and may vary depending on the service provided at the clinic.

You will receive a reminder text message the day before your appointment, but please do not reply with a text as we cannot receive the message.


Important Information

  • We offer guaranteed price match on laser hair removal packages with a reputable Medical Clinic but any payment plan options are non-refundable but may be used for other treatments.
  • All our packages must be paid as agreed in consultation
  • Complete Laser Care loyalty points are non-transferrable and can only be redeemed by that client who has accumulated the points.
  • All deposits paid on products or treatments are non refundable but can redeemed against other treatments.


Your Appointment

In order to give you the best possible consultation and treatment we ask that you arrive on time for your treatment, otherwise we may have to cut it short as it will delay our next client. We are extremely grateful for your co-operation.
